General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the bha99 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). The bha99 website, mobile site, and all related services are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final. bha99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice — however, for significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members through the platform.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and bha99.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create and use an account on the bha99 platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts for persons under 21 are not permitted.
• You must be a person with full legal capacity.
• Online betting or gaming must not be prohibited in the country or region where you reside.
• You are betting in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of any other person.
• Anyone previously banned by bha99 may not create a new account.

Account Registration & Management

Each user may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all balances will be forfeited.

All information provided during account registration — name, address, contact number, payment details — must be accurate and truthful. If any information changes, the member must notify our support team without delay.

• The member is solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• Transferring your account to or allowing use by another person is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• bha99 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bha99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
• Funds deposited into the account must come from the member's own legitimate sources.
• Deposit processing times may vary, but are generally instant.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If identity verification has not been completed before a withdrawal, the request may be placed on hold.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

bha99 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) policies. bha99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals while an account is under investigation for suspicious transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

bha99 offers various promotional offers for new and existing members. Each offer has its own terms, which will be stated in the offer description. General bonus terms are outlined below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% match bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000.
• The bonus can be claimed once only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus only, not the deposit.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in total bets must be placed before funds earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Not all games may contribute equally towards wagering — please refer to the applicable offer description.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• bha99 reserves the right to exclude any member from bonus offers.

Betting & Gaming Rules

bha99 offers gaming across sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and more. Each game and market has its own rules, which are displayed in the interface of the relevant game.

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a system error or technical issue causes an irregularity in the outcome of a bet, bha99 reserves the right to void that bet.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided or re-evaluated in accordance with the applicable rules.
• The rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.) apply — bha99 is bound to implement them.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, bha99 may suspend or investigate the bet.
• If a market or odds is displayed incorrectly, bha99 reserves the right to void the bet.

All games are operated under fair play principles. bha99 uses SSL encryption and secure technology to protect your data and transactions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bha99 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud, manipulation, or any form of misconduct.
• Placing bets or operating games using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by violating the terms of any bonus or promotion.
• Introducing malicious code into the platform's systems or servers.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Impersonating a bha99 employee or representative.

Account Suspension & Closure

bha99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Information provided during identity verification is found to be false or incomplete.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

If a member wishes to appeal an account closure decision, they may do so through the support team. Funds held during an investigation may be returned after review, if no breach is found.

Limitation of Liability

bha99 is not liable for the following:

• Loss on any bet or game due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banks).
• Loss suffered by a member as a result of unauthorised third-party access, where the member failed to keep their password confidential.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, war, government directives, or other uncontrollable occurrences.
• A game becoming unavailable due to a game provider's server being down.

bha99 may take the platform offline for maintenance at any time. An advance notice will be given where possible.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Member data is not sold to third parties.
• Member information is not disclosed to authorities without a legal obligation.
• All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

Responsible Gaming
